Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. I take lots of care to ensure what goes out is of the highest quality, including using durable fabric and reinforcing the edges on the inside.
However, please inspect your order upon delivery and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Either use the ‘Contact’ page, or email me at hello.houseofrussell@gmail.com and include a photo of the item.
