Instructions For Use

To use heated:

1. Lay the pack flat in the microwave to ensure even distribution of heat.

2. Heat in the microwave for thirty seconds (for eye pillows) or up to two minutes (for heat packs).

3. Exercise care when removing.

To use as a cold compress:

1. Place in a sealed bag and pop in the freezer.
